Depends on what you buy! For every flavor we use a different blend of sour sands and sugar. Currently we have a 0-100 scale for sourness, or our SOURMETER.

• 0-20 - Barely sour. Mostly sweet!
• 21-40 - Pretty standard sour, like a Sour Patch Kid.
• 41-60 - Getting pretty sour! about 30% more sour than a Sour Patch Kid.
• 61-80 - A little bit more sour than a Sour Skittle
• 81-100 - Very sour. Enjoyable only to the most extreme lovers of sour candy!

Some flavors don't pair well with EXTREME SOUR! The SourUps are VERY SOUR!

We use VERY high-quality (and expensive) dyes from fruits and veggies. Things like turmeric for yellow, blueberries for blue, spirulina for green and beets for red! Some with blends of all those!

Our LilGuys gummies DO NOT contain any gluten. They are gluten-free.

YES. Cane sugar mostly! We really respect candy companies charging forth with low-sugar options, but for us, we don't find them fulfilling our cravings for candy. Sometimes they suck! We set out to create the most delicious and bold candy possible, and to achieve that in unison with using significantly less sugar than our competitors and using dyes and flavors from natural sources, and so on.

For sure, but not recommended. Take a break. Eat some protein! This is just candy. It's meant to be enjoyed with friends and family. You should also brush your teeth!
