Not loving your candy? No worries - we've got you covered!
Easy Returns
Unopened Items:
- Full refund or exchange within 14 days
- Just email us and we'll send a return label
- Once candy is returned, refund will be credited
Opened Items:
- Contact us within 7 days
- We'll work out a fair solution (store credit or partial refund)
Damaged/Wrong Items:
- We'll send you a replacement and you can keep the original item - no need to return anything!
- You can also choose a full refund instead
- We'll cover all shipping costs

Customer Limits
To ensure fairness for all customers, we limit returns to 1 refund per customer per 6-month period. This helps us keep our prices low and continue offering generous return policies to everyone!
