AI-generated entries cannot win, and anyone who feeds our artists' original designs into AI is immediately and automatically disqualified.

We're a small team making real candy. Production or shipping can throw surprises at us, and a box can occasionally run late — if that happens, we'll tell you straight. Program details and monthly prizes can also be adjusted between months; big changes get announced before they apply.

You've got to be 18 years or older to enter. Since there is an actual possibility to win real stuff, that's the simplest way for us to do it.

The SourBoys Squires Program (the "Program") and the monthly Squires Tourney (the "Tourney") are operated by Offbrand LLC, DBA SourBoys, Stephenville, Texas ("SourBoys," "we," "us"). The Program is an affiliate/ambassador program; the Tourney is a skill-based content competition for accepted Squires. This Agreement governs both. The FAQ above is a plain-language summary; if the two ever differ, this Agreement controls. The Program and Tourney are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube, Google, TikTok, Meta, Instagram, or any other platform.

You must be 18 years or older and complete an application. Acceptance is at our discretion, and we may verify eligibility at any time. Employees of Offbrand LLC and their immediate family members may participate in the Program but are not eligible for Tourney prizes. Joining the Program and entering the Tourney are free — no purchase of any kind is required to compete. Void where prohibited by law.

Accepted Squires receive a personal referral link and choose a mode: Earner (you earn 10% of qualifying sales your link drives; your audience receives a 5% discount) or Patron (your audience receives a 10% discount; you earn 5%). Commissions are tracked through your Squire's link and paid through the Squire's Dashboard. Commission rates and mechanics may be adjusted prospectively with notice; changes never apply retroactively to sales already made.

The Tourney runs in monthly cycles. Qualifying sales driven by your content move you up that month's leaderboard. Each month, the SourBoys team (Caleb, Kristina, and the SourBoys creative team) reviews the top 10 Squires in a video on the SourBoys YouTube channel and selects the winner based on content quality, creativity, brand fit, and sales performance. Winners are selected by skill-based judging in our sole discretion; judging decisions are final and binding. Ties are resolved by further judging, never by chance. The Tourney is new: brackets, entry mechanics, and viewer interaction are still being built, and early cycles may run with adjusted formats or timing.

Monthly winner: co-design the next Squire's Box exclusive flavor with the SourBoys team, one free month of the Squire's Box (approximate retail value $34.95), and first taste of your flavor. Annual champion: the monthly winners face off; the champion receives a seasonal flavor sold on our site with a royalty, under a separate written winner agreement that defines the royalty rate, term, and conditions. Prize fulfillment that depends on candy production may be delayed by production timelines. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash substitute, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at our discretion. Taxes on prizes and commissions are the recipient's responsibility; US participants receiving $600 or more in combined prizes and commissions in a calendar year must provide a completed W-9 and will receive a 1099.

Entries must be your original work, and you must hold the rights to everything in them (including music). No generative AI: AI-generated entries cannot win, and feeding SourBoys artists' original work into AI systems results in immediate and automatic disqualification. Content must align with the brand — evaluated case by case — and must not be unlawful, hateful, or deceptive. We may decline or remove any entry at our discretion.

You have a material connection to SourBoys (free product and commissions), and U.S. law requires you to disclose it clearly in every piece of SourBoys content, near the endorsement itself — for example the tag #SourBoysSquire plus clear labeling (such as "paid link") near affiliate links. Repeated failure to disclose is grounds for disqualification or removal from the Program.

You own your content and everything it earns on your own channels — ad revenue, followers, growth, all of it. By submitting an entry you grant Offbrand LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide license to feature, repost, and collaborate on it across SourBoys channels and to promote it as paid media. Tourney winners consent to the use of their name, handle, and likeness in the monthly review videos and related marketing.

The toolkit (character art, the lore bible, sounds, logos, and green-screen footage) is licensed to accepted Squires solely for creating SourBoys content while in the Program. It may not be used for any other purpose, resold, or entered into any AI system. The license ends when you leave the Program.

Squires and ambassadors are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Offbrand LLC. Long-term paid ambassador arrangements, where offered, are separate written agreements extended at our selection.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program or the Tourney if fraud, technical failure, insufficient eligible entries, or events beyond our reasonable control compromise them, or as the Program evolves. Changes to Tourney rules take effect between monthly cycles — never mid-cycle — and significant changes are announced before they apply. We may disqualify or remove any participant for violating this Agreement, for fraud (including self-purchases or manipulated referrals), or for conduct harmful to the brand or other participants. If the Program or Tourney is discontinued — for example, for insufficient participation or because the Program is not sustainable — commissions already earned will be paid and monthly prizes already awarded are unaffected, but in-progress and future cycles, including the annual Tourney and its prizes, may be cancelled without being awarded.

The Squire's Box is a separate purchase and is not required to join the Program or compete in the Tourney. It is $34.95/month, renews on the 15th, ships free within the USA only, and ships mid-month. Skip or cancel anytime — no minimums. Box contents change monthly.

The Program and Tourney are provided as-is. We are not responsible for platform outages, lost or late entries, or failures outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Offbrand LLC's total liability arising from the Program or Tourney is limited to the value of the prizes at issue. This Agreement is governed by Texas law, with venue in Erath County, Texas.
